Our Promise: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items in their original, unused, and undamaged condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth process.
Eligibility & Timeframe
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and protective materials intact.
- The return must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date confirmed by your shipping carrier.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the integrity and hygiene of our curated collection, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- All Pipes & Bowls, Bowls / Slides, Cones, and Novelty Pipes: Due to the intimate nature of use and hygiene considerations, these items are considered final sale once shipped.
- Ash Catchers, Dab Rigs, and Dab Accessories that show any signs of use or residue.
- Joint / Blunt Accessories, Papers & Cones, and Ashtrays that have been opened or used.
- Any item that is not in its original, pristine condition, with all protective packaging.

The Return & Exchange Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
- Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, contact our support team at [email protected]. Please use the email template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information to assist you quickly. - Receive Your RMA & Instructions
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Please do not ship any items back without an RMA number, as we cannot process unauthorized returns. - Package & Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email inside the package. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions.Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of receipt at our facility. -
Completion: Refund or Exchange
- For Refunds: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at purchase.
- For Exchanges: We will ship the requested replacement item as soon as possible. If the desired item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Store credit or alternative payment method refunds are available upon request.
