Eligibility & Timeframe
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in original, unused, and resalable condition, with all packaging, accessories, and protective materials intact.
- You must initiate the return request within 15 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
To ensure hygiene and integrity, the following curated items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- All Pipes & Bowls, Bowls / Slides, Cones, and Novelty Pipes – Due to the intimate nature of use.
- Ash Catchers, Dab Rigs, and Dab Accessories that show any signs of use or residue.
- Joint / Blunt Accessories, Papers & Cones, and Ashtrays that have been opened or used.
- Any item not in its original, pristine condition with all protective packaging.

The Return & Exchange Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
1 Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected]. Use the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number]. Please include:
Your order number, full name, contact email, phone number, the product name/SKU, reason for return, and your desired resolution (refund or exchange).
2 Receive Your RMA & Instructions
After review, if eligible, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number—unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
3 Package & Ship Your Return
Securely repackage the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email inside the package. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided in your instructions.
Shipping Cost Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
4 Inspection & Processing
Once received, our quality team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days from receipt at our facility.
5 Completion: Refund or Exchange
- For Refunds: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement promptly. If out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
