  • Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): Flat rate of $12.95. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

4.3 Delivery & Service Areas

We ship globally, but delivery to Asia and certain remote regions may be excluded or subject to significant delays. Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

5.1 Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • You must initiate the request within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • The item must be in original, unused, and resalable condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.

5.2 Final Sale (Non-Returnable) Items

For hygiene and product integrity, the following are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • All Pipes & Bowls, Bowls/Slides, Cones, Novelty Pipes.
  • Ash Catchers, Dab Rigs, and Dab Accessories showing any signs of use.
  • Opened or used Joint/Blunt Accessories, Papers & Cones, Ashtrays.

5.3 Return Process & Costs

You must contact us at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number before returning any item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
